My list started on 10 April 2008, a year ago already, and will conclude on 6 January 2011. This is my final list, items with a strike have been completed and any extra information is included after it while italicized items are in process.

Hey girl! My fave way to cook tofu lately is to coat it in a little mix of oil and cornstarch, then fry the shit out of it. It's easiest to cook it separately from your vegetables or whatever, also.
I love these list posts - they speak to the type-A in me. Miss you!
